The medicine wheel embodies the four directions, as well as mother earth, father sky, grandmother moon, grandfather sun and great spirit.

Your host Nicole Holzheimer is a Shamanic Practitioner, KaHuna bodyworker and counsellor.
Nicole has trained in shamanic healing with Kendall Williams at Heart Hive and also with the Four Winds Society, with Alberto Villoldo, Marcela Lobos and Karen Hoza.
Nicole has recently returned training in upstate New York from the Munay Ki Practitioner Teacher training with Alberto and Marcela.
