MEDICINE DRUM JOURNEY - create your own drum (4 spots available)

The Medicine Drum is an ancient shamanic tool used healing and transformation. Drumming has the power to synchronize brain hemispheres and has long since been used to create altered states of consciousness to gain insight and clarity from our higher selves.

There is an opportunity when creating your very own medicine drum to weave in prayers and intentions which can have a powerful affect amplified each time we connect in with the beat of our drum. The drumbeat signifies life force and connects us to all things, including sacred mother, Pachamama (mother earth, Gaia).

There is a sacredness in drum making process, where we honor our own life cycles and birth, also honouring the animal of the hide we are working with, the tree medicine of the hoop, and the  beauty of life itself.  The drum making process allows for deeper awareness of our own creative process and how we create in life.

N.B. There are no ticket refunds, however tickets are able to be transferred to another participant - in the event that ticket is transferred please share with the event organizer prior to the event to avoid any confusion.

On the day you will be provided with:
All equipment and tools for creating your medicine drum (includes Kangaroo Hide, 18" Willow Hoop frame)

also on the day:
*Vegetarian Lunch Provided - Warm Vegetarian Lunch (GF, DF) & Tea  - any other dietary requirements will need to be advised and communicated 7 days in advance to workshop commencing.
*Herbals Teas
*Fruit

You will need to bring:
* 2 old bath towels
* totems, crystal, trinkets to support your creative flow
*Journal
*cushion for sitting
*any snacks
*an intention for your drum, what magic would you like to weave
